Not 100% happy with your AirHeads? That’s okay — you can return it to us for a refund within 21 days of purchase.*

To be eligible for a return:
Your product must have been purchased directly from airheadshair.com. If you purchased from one of our retail partners, please refer to their returns policy.

Your product must be undamaged, in its original packaging and include all original contents.

Warranty

What if something isn’t quite right?

All AirHeads dryers and attachments come with a standard 1-year warranty, with a complimentary 1-year extension when you register your product within 30 days of purchase.

Your warranty starts from the date of purchase, so make sure you keep hold of your confirmation email.

The warranty doesn’t cover:
Fair wear and tear

Wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions

Accidents or negligence

Failure to use the product in accordance with the user instructions

Any alterations or repairs carried out by you or a third party

Looking after your AirHeads

Want to keep your AirHeads dryer performing at its best? Here are a few quick tips.

Before using your dryer for the first time, make sure all packaging has been removed.

Once you’ve been blown away by your new hair dryer, remember to unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before putting it away in its storage bag.

The magnets in the Smoothing Styler and Flexi Diffuser can become hot during use, so always keep these away from little hands.

Keep it clean of course!
A little care goes a long way!

We recommend wiping the rear air inlet cover with a dry microfibre cloth every few uses, or after your AirHeads Dryer has been stored for a while.

This helps prevent dust and lint from building up and keeps your dryer working at its best.

Recycling

Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.

All AirHeads packaging can be recycled through your household recycling. Just remember to separate the card and plastic where required.

When it eventually comes time to say goodbye to your AirHeads dryer or attachments, please take them to your local collection point for electrical and electronic equipment recycling.

Your local council can tell you where your nearest collection point is.
