What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal household use of your AirHeads dryer.

If your product develops a fault as a result of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of this warranty.

This manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which are not affected by this warranty.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect or use other than as described in the user instructions.
• Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use.
• Products used for commercial, professional or rental purposes.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the safe operation or performance of the product.
  

Registering Your Warranty

To receive your complimentary extended warranty, simply register your AirHeads dryer within 30 days of purchase.

You'll need:

• Your proof of purchase.
• Your product details.

Once your registration is complete, your manufacturer's warranty will automatically be extended from 1 year to 2 years.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your AirHeads dryer has developed a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Care team.

To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please have the following ready:

• Your proof of purchase.
• Your product details.
• A brief description of the fault.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may ask for photographs or request that the product is returned for inspection before a repair or replacement is authorised.

Additional Warranty Information

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the AirHeads dryer and is not transferable.
• This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorised AirHeads retailers or distributors.
• This warranty is valid in the country in which the product was originally purchased. If you move to another country, please contact our Customer Care team for advice before making a warranty claim.
