Where we ship

We currently ship to the UK only but will soon be available for our European and US friends – join our mailing list to stay in touch with updates. 

Shipping times

If your ordered products are in stock we will aim to dispatch by the next business day. 

UK next working day delivery is applied to all orders over £60.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for orders under £60.

Please only contact us if you have still not received your order 7 days after expected arrival. Thanks for your understanding.

We offer free next working day delivery on all orders over £60, unless otherwise indicated.  

For orders below this value any applicable shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. 

Return Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. When purchased from AirHeads.co.uk, you can return AirHeads Dryers within 21 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all the original contents.

Warranty replacements

Warranty replacements are separate from the standard returns process.

Within the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace items that are faulty, defective, or damaged. If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us via email at hello@airheadshair.com and we will guide you through the next steps.

Recycling & Disposal

When your AirHeads dryer reaches the end of its life, please don't dispose of it with your normal household waste.

As an electrical appliance, it should be taken to a designated collection point for the recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). Recycling helps recover valuable materials and reduces the impact on the environment.

Look out for the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on your AirHeads dryer and packaging. This symbol means the product should be recycled separately from household waste.
