Changed your mind? No problem. When purchased from airheadshair.com, you can return your AirHeads Dryer with our 21 day ‘no quibble’ returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all the original contents.

Our ‘no quibble’ return policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases you can return it to us, in its original condition, within 21 days* and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item

*For clarification, the 21 days commences from the day you received your item(s)

Returning an item
Please ensure that the product(s) is returned in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories in suitable protective packaging, and then follow the steps on our returns portal. 

We always aim to process your return within 5 working days of receipt. If you would like any further information please contact our friendly Customer Care team via email at hello@airheadshair.com. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
